To ensure your song gets aired as quickly as possible, please make sure your MP3 or WAV files include the following ‘metadata’ (the information embedded inside the digital file):                                                                           Artist Name :                                                                                                   SongTitle:                                                                                                           Album/EP Title:                                                                                                 Genre:                                                                                                             Release Year:                                                                                                         High-Resolution Album Artwork (attached to the file)                                                                      How to do this:                                                                   On Windows: Right-click the file > Properties > Details. You can click on the fields (Title, Contributing Artists, etc.) to edit them directly.                                                                                                                                                               On Mac: Select the file in iTunes/Music app, click Command + I (Get Info), and fill in the details in the ‘Info’ or ‘Details’ tab.                                                 Third-Party Tools: You can also use free software like Mp3tag (available for Windows and Mac) which makes it easy to bulk-edit your files and attach artwork.Having this information embedded ensures that our radio software correctly displays your artist name and track title to our listeners when your song plays.
